I get really bad migraines. Do you think getting a massage can help stop my migraines?
Not always and not immediatley...but if you get massage..in time the result of the blood flow likely will reduce the ache but needs time to affect~not an immediate relief and possibly worse for a bit..
i have found, if a client gets to me at the first symptoms of a migraine, upper body massage for 1/2 hr. will almost always offset the headache reaching full fruition. ( tms/ lmt)
Massage therapists, please
to answer this question.
Yes it can help elevate pressure points and allow for more blood flow.
