If I am experiencing severe headaches and migraines, would massage help?

In my experience yes. I have found people with migraines and headaches (not due to injury) have extremely tight muscles at the back of their necks and releasing those generally relieves the migraine/headache pain.

Absolutely, not only massage to ease muscles whose tightness may be restricting blood flow and nerve impingement, but also Manual Lymph Drainage to reduce congestion.  I have success with following a specific sequential protocol which I learned as part of my training as a Certified Lymphatic Therapist.  Cranial/Sacral work specifically with pressure points and working the suture lines has also been quite effective in headache relief.
