Should I tell my massage therapist about any prescription medications I am taking?

Yes. It is VERY important that you tell your massage therapist any and all prescription medications you are taking because certain medications and health conditions are contraindicated for massage.

Absolutely, it's very important you tell your therapist any medication you are taking. It is also important that you provide them with any changes in your medication since your last visit.

Yes definitely.
And, if you've been seeing a therapist for awhile and your meds get adjusted or changed... always let them know as well.

Yes. It's very important for your therapist to know what medications your taking. Always let them know any changes in your medications and any reactions you've experienced also.
