Only yourself! I prefer relaxing clothes so it's not a struggle to put them back on. I also prefer to leave my phone and early in the car/at home. So really all I have to worry about are my clothes and payment.hhope this helps. Sara
Please just yourself if you can leave everything else at home, do. You do not need jewelry, electronics, children or friends while you are getting a massage. Massages are meant to help heal your mind, body, and spirit. Peace and tranquility is what you need to de-stress.

I agree with the other therapists... Bring yourself! Lol!
Dress comfortably and if you are a female... Do not wear makeup.
Enjoy!

I have a few more modest clients who bring gym shorts or spandex biker shorts to wear during the massage. Whatever allows you to be comfortable and never be afraid to ask for more or less pressure, different music, or an extra blanket if you need it.

The question is more about what not to bring. You need only yourself in comfortable clothing. As stated above, avoid makeup, jewelry, and electronics that may be distracting. Tammy
