Can help but need  blood pressure to be regulated but circulatory massage is not only option, reflexology will achieve great benefits without the precaution of increasing pressure in blood vessels.

Massage is a soothing treatment  and safe for hypertension, particularly for people that experience stress on a frequent basis. If treated regularly, massage lowers the  stress levels and heart rate. So it can be very helpful!

Hypertension is a significant health issue. While it is unlikely that massage would cause a problem for you, it is advisable to ask your doctor whether or not massage and what kind of massage might be right for you.
