The first thing that comes to mind is cupping, but look for a clinic that has experience in facial cupping. There has been success with cupping treatment for migraines, sinusitis, TMJ, acne, and Tinnitis, and many other conditions. Of course there are no guarantees, as every patient responds a little differently, but cupping would be my suggestion.
