My lumbar spine is practically straight, instead of curving. I have been going to a chiropractor for a few months now and I am not noticing a difference. My hip feels like it's grinding and it feels like it needs to pop, but it won't. I have gotten scans and x-rays of my back and it just shows that my L spine is straight. I know that it is possible to get a perscription, but I didn't know if it could be covered by insurance. I also was curious as to if this would help my back at all. I am in nursing school, so I stand for long hours, which also hurts my back.
