My name is Derrick Banks and my company would like to pay you to use your office space on days that you are closed.
Professional Consultative Examination Services (PCES) is an occupational medicine practice based in Maine and currently operating in 8 states and rapidly expanding. We perform evaluations on behalf of Social Security Disability, and we are looking to do so in your area approximately 2-3 times per month. Due to the infrequency, we are reaching out to offices in your area to see if you would consider renting your space for us to use on days that you are typically closed.

We provide our own equipment and do not use any of your tools.

We only require access to an exam room (preferably two), reception area, front office desk space for one staff member, restroom and access to WiFi.

Wheelchair accessibility required; ADA compliant preferred.

We pay $200 per day of use.

We have references in several locations from chiropractic offices which we have partnered with for many years, which I am happy to provide upon request.

We follow strict COVID screening policies as well as social distancing and disinfection protocols in each clinic location.

We clean up and take our equipment with us leaving the space in the same condition we received it in.
