My profile for Massage will not let me upload a profile photo even though it is less than 3 MB JPEG. Also, the link to my website is not registering when I set up my profile. Could you please offer assistance. Thank you.

I would be grateful if you could assist me since I am not able to upload a profile photo for my practice on your site even though I have attempted to use the correct formatting and not exceed the 3 MB requirement.
