I think this would depend upon the agreement you have with the chiropractor and how busy you are. You can be paid hourly or on a commission basis. If you are going in as an independant contractor, you must determine your rate based on your experience and the volume of work you will be taking on.

It really depends on your market area.  In my area the chiropractors will not pay any more then $30 /hr.  as independent contractor.  Many times you are doing deep tissue work with as many as 5 massages a day.  Very little time in between massages.  If you want to get practice working on differen thealth problems then take it as a training and leave after you have confidence experience to  know what you are doing.  You learn how to work with insurance companies doing medical massage.  I do this same work self employed and I make $70 to 80 per hour.
