how can i do a massage for immature scar ristrect the movement of the shoulder?

my son had sever burns healed now but there are scars prevent the full movement of his shoulder also there is mild curving of his back ,can massage improve all these

Massage should help release the scar tissue.  Check int MPS therapy.  Much success with scars and scar tissue.
