i have hard bit scar tissue in my forehead scar, can you recommed anything or the best way to break it up

I have been using MPS therapy formerlly called ETPS that is being used on scars.  It is used for chronic soft tissue pain therapy.  It also helps in healing of scars from previous surgeries.  There is a reference on their web pages of massage therapists that use this therapy.  Good luck.
