Will massage help chronic hamstring issues?

What will massage do to relieve a chronic hamstring issue? I can no longer job and walking and sitting have their own issues. The right leg hamstring is very tight and has been for months now. It also leads to sit bone issues. It is difficult for me to sit for very long.

Thai Massage wold probably work great for you, works faster than traditional massage for alot of these type issues

Swedish massage and yoga is good also at least one session of each or both a week would be great and will add a lot of comfort to chronic hamstring.issues.
