I get so stressed this time of year! Should I get a massage now or wait until the holiday season is over?

My suggestion is to do both. Massage will help with the holiday stress and the tension you are carrying around now. As well, it's a good practice to get a massage at least once a month to keep down the stress, keep your muscles limber and overall feel better. If you are experiencing ongoing tension in areas, it's best to deal with those now and get them under control so you can do maintenance and keep on a regular schedule.

Both. Taking care of yourself, body, mind and spirit is important everyday in different ways. It's not unreasonable in periods of high stress to get them weekly and back off (if you'd like to) when your stressors lesson and seem more manageable.
