One of my New Year's resolutions is to make time for myself and stress less. How often should I plan on getting a massage to help keep my stress levels low?

How are thoses resolutions going ? I hope that adding massage therapy to your calender twice to 3 times a month was added to your calender. Travis

Everyone is different regarding stress and the length of time your stress is relieved.  You might try taking note how long you feel relief after your massage and use that as your initial guideline. You might schedule massages before you feel the stress significantly increase.  Or, start by going weekly and extend the time as your stress is relieved.
