Can I take a massage with an IUD? If yes, which type? and what should I not allow during the massage?

I am dealing with pain from muscle tension in the back and I am doubting about if I can get a massage or not because of that IUD.

You can have any type of massage as long as they do not massage the abdominal area in the front.  The massage from the back side should not affect your IUD.
