how to find out if therapist is licensed

I have been getting massages at Kachina Hot Springs in Safford Arizona for many years. However I am curious as to whether my therapists are licensed or not. I never see any documentation on walls that they are licensed. One is named LeAnn and the other is Stella

You should  contact your estate license web site, usually most estates have a page where you can find their names and licensature.
