Yes. However, move the cups with caution directly over the scar. While the moving can really help with any lymphedema suffered in the area or down the arm it should be done with light suction. I would apply cups directly over the scar and not move them, allowing the larger/deeper adhesions to slowly release at their own pace rather than forcing them.
