There are many different therapeautic tecniques to help releive pain associated with PMS. Massage helps reduce aches, pains, and cramps by relaxing the body, promoting blood flow and the release of endorphins which aid in reducing these symptoms. Reflexology as well can help to releive these sypmtoms and promote the proper functioning of all organ systems within the body. Although while on your menstral cycle the body can be more sensitive to pressure, so be sure to listen to your bodys response to the work you receive and let your therapist know as well.
