I usually tell people who have just had a massage to treat their body, "as if you just WORKED out in the GYM"....
So... you should do what you would do AFTER a workout.... which would mean things like, relax, drink water, eat clean, don't do anything overstrenuous, etc....
So I would not recommend it right after... but allow the body to recover and enjoy the benefits before pushing yourself to go back to the gym. Do what you fell is appropriate... Listen to your BODY... IT KNOWS:)
