Client shall be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of Client's password(s).
3. Content and Terms Changes.
   1. TheMassageSource.com may revise these terms of use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use. These changes in terms may include, but are not limited to, adjusting Client fees for use of site. Client will be notified of any changes by posting notification on TheMassageSource.com, email, mail or phone. TheMassageSource.com reserves the right to determine the method by which notification will be made to Client. In the event Client uses any features of TheMassageSource.com after change notification has been provided, the change shall be deemed accepted by Client.
   2. TheMassageSource.com shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any feature of TheMassageSource.com.
4. Required Equipment.
   1. Client shall be solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of TheMassageSource.com and all charges related thereto.
5. Client Conduct.
   1. Client shall use TheMassageSource.com for lawful purposes only.
   2. TheMassageSource.com reserves the right to remove any item it feels is offensive or inappropriate.    3. Any conduct by a Client that in the sole discretion of TheMassageSource.com restricts or inhibits any other Client from using or enjoying TheMassageSource.com will not be permitted.
6. Site Content.
   1. By submitting material to any public area of TheMassageSource.com, Client automatically grants or warrants that the owner of such material has expressly granted TheMassageSource.com the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such material (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such material.

The reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of the content on this site is strictly prohibited.
7. Commercial Use of Content.
   1. Data mining, "scraping," duplicating, commercial use, etc. are all strictly prohibited. Clients are prohibited from using, downloading, republishing, leasing, selling, duplicating, "data mining" or "scraping" for commercial or any other purpose whatsoever, TheMassageSource.com data listings or any other Client information, in whole or in part, in any medium, whatsoever.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability.
   1. A listing of Client information on TheMassageSource.com does not indicate endorsement of Client services or conduct. TheMassageSource.com is not responsible for the acts of any Client.
   2. Client agrees that the use of TheMassageSource.com is at Client’s own risk. Neither TheMassageSource.com, nor directors or employees warrant that TheMassageSource.com will be uninterrupted nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of TheMassageSource.com.
   3. TheMassageSource.com and its respective agents and representatives, both individually and collectively, make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. 9. Monitoring.
   1. TheMassageSource.com reserves the right to monitor the content of TheMassageSource.com to determine compliance with this Agreement. However, TheMassageSource.com is not obligated to do so.
10. Trademarks.
    1. TheMassageSource.com and each of its logos are trademarks of Natural Wellness®, Inc. All rights are reserved. All other trademarks appearing on TheMassageSource.com are the property of their respective owners.
11. Third Party Content.
    1. TheMassageSource.com is a distributor of content supplied by third parties and Clients. Any content expressed or made available by third parties, including information providers, Clients or any other user of TheMassageSource.com, are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and not of TheMassageSource.com.
    2. Client's use of third party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such sites. TheMassageSource.com is not responsible for the content of linked third party sites, sites framed within TheMassageSource.com or third party advertisements, and does not endorse the content on any third party websites.
