Cancer is a the result of the mutation and overgrowth of cells which can turn into distinguishable growths. It may start in one part of the body and spread into other areas.
Precautions:
There is still some controversy as to whether massage helps or hurts those with cancer. Massage can ease discomfort and help with the reduction of stress and anxiety. Massage is contraindicated while a patient is actively undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatments.
