Kidney Stones
Description:
Kidney stones are solid crystalline deposits inside the kidney. Small stones may not be noticed, but larger stones can cause extreme pain accompanied by nausea and vomiting. Fever and chills may indicate an infection.
Precautions:
Caution should be taken in anyone who presents with unexplained lower back pain. No massage should be given to a client with acute pain in the kidney region.
