I am licensed and certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and Nationally Board Certified in Reflexology through the American Reflexology Certification Board. I am a Reiki Master level energy healing practitioner. Therapeutic Reflexology for the feet and hands is a separate body-based therapy. It reduces stress and relieves tension, and brings the body and mind into balance for self-healing; it is a very effective healing therapy for many health conditions and dis-ease.
