I am a licensed Massage Therapist with more than 23 years of experience in the field of massage therapy. I  formerly worked in outpatient Physical Therapy rehabilitation for over 15 years and also worked under the supervision of Chiropractors. I have great amount of experience in providing mobility to shoulders. I have worked with frozen shoulders and breaking up fibrous scar tissue. I use intergrative methods employing neuromuscular, trigger points and deep tissue massage. I worked on Sciatica (piroformis tightness), migraines, joint range of motion and hip and lower back tightness.
