I graduated from Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 2005; received my Pre & Peri-Natal Massage certification in 2007; and have years of corporate chair massage experience. During my time in massage school I learned that I was able to tap into the universal life-force energy in order to heal others naturally. It actually wasn't until 2008 though, when I became attuned to Reiki Levels I & II, that I finally realized this type of work needed to be my specialty. Reiki/energy work is an amazing non-intrusive therapy that works on a spiritual, emotional, and physical level. An hour session is equivalent to 3 to 4 hours of very deep sleep. In 2014 I earned my Reiki Master Teacher attunement, and trained in Cupping techniques to add to my practice.
