Acrosage

Definition:

Acrosage is a combination of massage, yoga and acrobatics. With the client in an inverted pose, he or she can receive massage on the upper back with no pressure on the neck and spine.

Good for:

Poor blood flow and poor flexibility Note: several contraindications include angina, glaucoma, detached retina, hiatus hernia, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, respiratory problems, sclerosis of blood vessels and vertigo. Pregnant women are precautioned, especially if there is a history of miscarriage or if pregnancy is high risk.
