Definition:

Bindegewebmassage is a massage modality consisting of light strokes on superficial fascia. The practitioner uses no oil or lubricants. It is believed to balance the nervous system of the body and helps to reduce numbness as well as increase range of motion and flexibility.

Good for:

Anxiety, chronic pain, edema, nervous system disorders, poor blood flow, poor flexibility, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and stress
