Definition:

Chi Nei Tsang is a form of massage that integrates qigong (a Chinese practice that incorporates slow graceful movement expressed through a choreographed series of postures with breathing techniques and meditation) with abdominal massage. It addresses the origins of health problems and helps to increase the resilience of the immune system.
