Dynamic Spinal Therapy
Definition:
Dynamic Spinal Therapy was developed by Rolf Ott of Switzerland and is a technique that works with the body's posture and acupressure points. It consists of three parts: ear reflexology which provides the therapist with information regarding possible disharmony in the body; pelvic stretches and rocking motions; and manual therapy to address specific ailments such as migraines, arthritis and stress.
