Jin Shin Do
Definition:
Jin Shin Do is a fusion of traditional Chinese acupressure, breathing exercises and Taoist philosophy developed by psychotherapist Iona Marsaa Teeguarden in 1970. It combines gentle, yet deep, finger pressure on acupressure points with simple body focusing techniques. A typical session is about 90 minutes and is performed on a fully clothed client.
