Rubenfield Synergy Method


The Rubenfield Synergy Method was developed by Ilana Rubenfield and integrates elements of the movement and functional integration teachings of F.M. Alexander and Moshe Feldenkrais along with Gestalt theory, as well as the practice of Fritz and Laura Perls. It also incorporates verbal dialogue with gentle touch and movement as well as hypnotherapy as used by Milton Erickson.
