Soft Tissue Release
Definition:
The technique of Soft Tissue Release was developed in Europe using basic osteopathic methods as a form of sports injury treatment. It uses client positioning, stretching and applied pressure to achieve a reduction of pain and increased range of motion. It is also used to help break up scar tissue and adhesions.
