Structural Integration
Definition:
Structural Integration is based on the work of Dr. Ida P. Rolf and the theory that the entire structural order of the body needs to be realigned and balanced with the earth's gravitational forces. It consists of a series of ten sessions which use varying degrees of stretches and physical pressure, each of which have a specific goal and help guide fascia into easier movement.
