Thai Massage
Definition:
Thai Massage is believed to have been practiced by the personal physician to the Buddha. The client remains fully clothed and it is performed on a floor mat. The technique focuses on energy meridians throughout the body and has many varieties of styles, some incorporating yoga, breath work and/or meditation into a session.

Chronic pain, constipation, migraines, poor flexibility, relaxation, stress reduction, stimulation of blood and lymph flow, low back pain, and nervous disorders
