Tibetan Point Holding

Definition:

Tibetan Point Holding was developed by Karen Peterson and John Walsh. It focuses on prolonged point holding of acupressure points to generate emotional release. As many as five practitioners may be used to hold pressure points on a client for up to two hours.

Good for:

Chronic pain, constipation, migraines, poor flexibility, relaxation, stress, stimulation of blood and lymph flow, low back pain, and nervous disorders
