Zero Balancing
Definition:
Zero Balancing was developed by Fritz Smith, MD. It has its roots in acupuncture, meditation, osteopathy and Rolfing. It integrates the fundamental principles of Western medicine and Eastern concepts of energy. The session consists of gentle acupressure focusing on the joints and bones and is done through the client's clothing while he or she lies on a massage table.
