Premenstrual Syndrome

Premenstrual syndrome consists of a variety of physical and emotional signs and symptoms occurring between ovulation and menstruation. Physical symptoms may include - but are not limited to - breast tenderness, bloating, backache and changes in appetite. Emotional symptoms may include mood swings, irritability, depression and anxiety.

Massage can help by re-establishing balance in the body. Massage helps to reduce stress which may be one of the triggers making premenstrual syndrome worse.
