My Mission is to Assist the Body to Maintain Health and Well-being through Therapeutic Massage. Basic Styles of massage include Focused Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage and Relaxation Massage. A variety of Modalities are used for each style and the Modalities used depend on the needs of the client. With focused Therapeutic and sports Massage the client often participates in the session with resistant and/or stretching movements. Some insurance is accepted.
