Myofascial Release
Definition:
Myofascial Release uses pressure applied to the body's fascia restricted by negative emotional patterns. It is used to relieve headaches, cervical pain, back pain, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, neurological dysfunction, restriction of motion and chronic pain. Indirect Myofascial Release uses gentle pressure, while Direct Myofascial Release uses deep pressure.
