We are a neighborhood wellness center that has been located in downtown Hillsboro Oregon since 1999. We focus on helping people find a healthier lifestyle and assisting them on their path of healing. Each and every session is customized to what you need, whether that is total relaxation, increased range of motion, reduction of pain and stiffness from surgery or injury, increased athletic capabilities, improving your body's immune system, or making your pregnancy the best possible environment for your baby. We believe therapeutic massage is a powerful tool that can help you increase your own body's capacity to heal, whether that is from an automobile accident, chronic pain from disease or injury, recovering from the damages of stress, or dealing with the changes that pregnancy demands. All of our massage therapists are licensed by the Oregon Board of Massage Therapists (OBMT) and have earned their license through hundreds of hours of specialized training and education.
