Massage Therapy and Reflexology have been proven effective in addressing many health issues as well as relaxing tension and stress, and relieving pain. I am licensed and certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and Nationally Board Certified in Reflexology through the American Reflexology Certification Board. I offer multiple styles of massage: Clinical/Medical modalities that include Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Oncology, Myofascial Release, and AIS and PNF stretching techniques, plus the deeply relaxing and stress-relieving styles of Swedish, Esalen and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage. I tailor each massage according to the requests and needs of each of my clients. My plush padded massage table is heated, and my therapy studio is quiet, clean and warmly decorated to ensure a safe atmosphere of relaxation and peaceful comfort. I use the very best hypoallergenic massage creams and the highest quality essential oils when incorporating aromatherapy into the session. Clinical Reflexology for the feet and hands is a separate body-based therapy. It reduces stress and relieves tension, and brings the body and mind into balance for self-healing; it is a very effective healing therapy for many health conditions and dis-ease.
