Alexander Technique

Definition:

The Alexander Technique is a body movement technique where the client is taught to sit, stand and move in a way that reduces physical stress on the body and improves overall health. It was developed by F.M. Alexander in the late 1800s.

Good for:

Back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic pain, depression, emotional trauma, headaches, neck pain, spasm, Parkinson's Disease and stress
