With over 20 years of experience in the healing arts, my background includes structural and therapeutic massage, lymphatic and cranial work, yoga, meditation, and integrative approaches to physical and stress-related tension. My sessions are informed by both formal training and decades of hands-on practice, allowing me to adapt each session to the individual in front of me. I understand, personally and professionally, how pain, stress, and life transitions can live in the body. This informs how I work with patience, clarity, and respect for each client’s pace.
