I am a professional, Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist serving clients from my Pittsboro office and elsewhere via mobile services. I graduated from Body Therapy Institute, a school with a comprehensive and holistic approach to bodywork, located in Siler City, NC. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). In addition to my work as a massage therapist, I am also a yoga instructor and health coach, with a special focus on nutrition and wellness.
