Watsu
Definition:
Watsu, also referred to as Water Shiatsu or aquatic shiatsu, was developed by Harold Dull. It uses Zen shiatsu type stretches done in a warm pool of water and is facilitated by a Watsu practitioner. The practitioner supports and using rocking motions, moves the client's body through the water. The client's body is in continual movement with each move flowing gracefully into the next.
